# Broken links in purchasing emails

Some feedback on the communications sent after ordering my charger:

This link goes to [https://trade-au.evnex.com](https://trade-au.evnex.com) which is probably not correct for a retail sale.

If I click on “View your order” then on the webpage this is shown

But the link for the tracking number points to [https://www.example-tracking.com/track?tracking\_number=nnnnnnnnnn](https://www.example-tracking.com/track?tracking_number=nnnnnnnnnn), which is not a real website - guessing someone forgot to update that 😀
