So I am quite disappointed in the X22 Charger. I run it on 3 phase for charge now. I watch it start out at 22kw 3ph and then after about 15mins I watch it slowly drop to a steady 15kw 3ph charge. This is currently at night in winter so their is no Thermal issues. I have sent numerous emails to support to rectify this issue. I had 1 email back to say yes this doesn’t sound right and I have escalated it to some senior techs to basically hearing crickets now. I have sent numerous follow-up emails to this response to hearing nothing back. I am now going to see how I go about getting a refund for this unit that isn’t doing what it is supposed to be doing. I have paid $1699 for a less than average charger. Especially when I can take the Zeekr 7X Performance model to Zeekr themselves and run it on their own Zeekr branded 22kw Charger and it charges constantly at 22kw for the entire time without it dropping.
I’m going to give it 1 more chance for you guys to respond and sort this Charger out or I will be demanding a refund for the unit and I will go elsewhere.
