Looking for advice on this build-up on the charger plug (E2 Core). I’m assuming this isn’t faulty, but just something I need to maintain? Unit is just under a year old.

You’re right, it’s not a fault but could be worth brushing it off from time to time. Use a soft bristle toothbrush / paper towel / anything that’s non abrasive to gently remove it and then to dry the cable head out by draping it over the charger, cap off cable head down so water doesn’t pool.
