Some feedback on the communications sent after ordering my charger:
This link goes to https://trade-au.evnex.com which is probably not correct for a retail sale.
If I click on “View your order” then on the webpage this is shown

But the link for the tracking number points to https://www.example-tracking.com/track?tracking_number=nnnnnnnnnn, which is not a real website - guessing someone forgot to update that
