Fresh install, did a test manual charge and its pulling from the battery first, thought they were supposed to be installed so they didn’t do that?
Is the charger a protected load for your battery, ie. one of your backed-up loads? Your system is probably configured for self-consumption so if there’s not enough solar generation to supply the charger it will use the battery.
