Charging session started even if advanced scheduling is set to Do not charge

Hi

I just recently had an E2 Plus installed and for the first time charged my Zeekr 7X.

I have set my Advanced charging schedule as “do not charge” in the evening peak but when I plugged the charger to test, it automatically ran the charge.

Also, the app still showed as “Available - Plug in to begin charging”. When I looked at the history nothing there as well.

Is this an installation issue or an app activation issue? If anyone from the community has had this issue how is it going to be fixed? Thanks!

I already logged a ticket with support as well.

All good now. Evnex support fixed it. It was due to the address was just entered manually by the installer, which doesn’t set a time zone.
