Anyone with a J7 successfully get the scheduled charge to work. I can’t work out how to keep my J7 awake to accept the scheduled charge, once the car is powered off I have to power it back up to start the charge.
I have the keep car awake setting on but doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I have a J7 and tried the scheduled charging once and had the same issue. I haven’t tried it again since but it would be really good to solve the issue.
We’re aware of this and currently looking to see if there is a workaround we can implement - no timeline or promises at this stage but hopefully we can find a path forward.
