Evnex app not working since iPhone update

Hi all,

My Evnex app doesn’t work since upgrading to iOS 26.2.1 - has anyone else noticed this issue?

The app worked last week prior to the update.

The charger still works and I can manually cancel the charging with the controls in my car.

Weirdly, the notifications occur but I get the spinning wheel of death when I try to open the app.

Any ideas?

Hi have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling.. or even try turning your phone completely off and on again .. cheers Steve

Thanks for getting in touch.

There was a service outage on Sat/Sun last week, this could have been related.

Can you please email support@evnex.com if your app is still not working? Regardless, I have asked our software team to have a look into your account.
