Flex upgrade help

I’ve tried to contact evnex so I can upgrade my flex unit as we have solar. Emailed twice and called twice. Left details and they don’t get back to me. Not once! No info online about how to upgrade. They never answer the phone. What to do? Customer service needs some work

Thanks for the reply. I have paid for the upgrade. Can you tell me what is next? My app is the same. How do I see and access the new solar capability? I’m a bit confused and need some guidance. After paying an extra $350 it would be nice to receive some instructions or information about what I’ve just purchased and how it will help me connect to our solar system. This is a concern. How do I even know this solar function has been unlocked.

I would prefer a phone call if possible
