Hi there, we have an Evnex core. In the past few days we could not get the charger to work, either in scheduled charging nor charge now. A message pops up as “Limited by House Load” but the charger is working at 0kwh and the house isn’t running on large voltage at all. The charger worked about 2 weeks ago. Can you please advise solution to this?
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Could you please send an email to support@evnex.com letting them know your serial number so that we can look at the logs and advise a solution?
