Getting a max of 6.1 kw or 26 amp on the polestar.
63amp house supply
You can see my charging almost halved at 10pm. My guess was hot water kicked in but I wouldn’t expect the charger to drop down to less than a 10amp wall charger.
something not right. Any thoughts or do I need to get the electrician who installed back? Can I just run the installer app to see what the unit is set up as? Seems the ct is not reading correctly.
Has this charger been moved from a previous location? The house supply has been set much lower than 63A. Typically this is configured by your electrician at the point of install, but it was left unchanged when yours was put in.
Could you please get your electrician to email support@evnex.com to confirm that the supply should be set to 63A and there’s no reason why it was set lower? We can then update it remotely from here so there’s no need for a return visit. The CT clamp looks to be reading properly.
One final thing - the step down at the end of your charging session is pretty normal for a Polestar which is getting close to full. Different cars tail off differently towards the end of a charging session.
Yup 100% spot on. Unit was bought from original owner who was moving to 3p and wanted a different unit. ( you will probably see the original owner address against the unit, support them were able to let me take ownership of the unit).
Have emailed support including picture of fuse board ( with 63amp mains fuse ) and given them new address location and ask to update icp as well
