Possible CT clamp issue

We had an E2 Plus charger installed yesterday, and I was with the electrician when the unit was provisioned and the CT clamp was working as expected for a few hours.
Later that night the app stopped reporting the Live Energy Data with “No Live Energy Data Available”.
I am trying to determine if the CT clamp may have failed or perhaps come unclipped though I am not sure either of these scenarios is common or very likely.
Or is this perhaps just an app issue and the CT clamp and overload protection will still be fine?
Does this mean solar diversion will also not be working?
Is there a way for an end user to confirm the CT clamp is working correctly? Can we access the installer app in some sort of read only mode to diagnose such issues?

Update. It started working about 8 hours ago and has not dropped out since. Suspect this indicates either a firmware update was installed or an issue with the app.

You can try a few things. Check if the unit still has an internet connect; properly close and, if necessary, reinstall the app; drop the unit’s circuit breaker for a minute and then start it up again. I have had this issue before but it self-resolved. It may be that the unit is having connectivity issues but a few options above.

Appeared to be a backend app issue, as the charging report was showing the solar output correctly.
Logged support call and they said it was a load issue on the backend that they were addressing.
Has been working reliably since then.
