How do I add a second phone/user to my charger?

When my partner installs the App on his phone and scans the QR code it says the charger is already taken (By my phone app)

So how do we add additional users to a charger?

At the moment this is something we have to do manually at our end. Please email support@evnex.com with your partner’s contact details and we’ll get that done for you.

Did this get sorted as I would like my partner to have the app access as well as myself for our E2 ?

We’ve recently added this capability into the driver app. Tap “Access” from the menu options on the main home page in the app.
