Important Notice: Community Forum Domain Change - March 2026
What’s changing and what you need to know
Hi Community members,
The Evnex team would like to share information on an upcoming change to our community forum address.
Our forum address will change from: community.evnex.io → community.evnex.com
This is a planned infrastructure update, and we want to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible for everyone.
See below Q&A for your reference.
Will I lose access to my account?
No. Your account, posts, and history are all safe. You can continue to log in at any time using:

Your existing username and password, or
-
Via a login link sent to your registered email address
Do I need to do anything?
Most members:
No action required, but you will likely be logged out of your account. Simply use the new address community.evnex.com going forward, and log back in.
If you have set up a Security/Passkey to log in:
You will need to re-register your security key after the domain change takes effect. This is a security requirement that applies any time a passkey is tied to a specific domain address.
Here’s what to do:

Log in using your username and password (or request a login link via email),

Go to your Account Security Settings,

Remove your existing passkey/security key,

Re-register a new passkey/security key for the new domain.
When is this happening?
The update should take place within the next 24 hours. We’ll update this post once the change is complete.
While redirects will be implemented, we recommend bookmarking community.evnex.com now so you’re ready.
